FUN: The playground will offer families a new recreation area Credit: Adra town hall

ADRA Town Hall is creating a new children’s play area for the Bolaños area of the town right in front of the seafront promenade.

The playground will have slides and swings, as well as two spring rockers fixed to the ground, one of which will be adapted for children with impaired mobility. There will also be cork flooring and a perimeter fence in accordance with safety regulations.

At the same time the local council is working on clearing and tidying up the nearby dry river bed, and will in the near future replace the wooden fencing running along the watercourse pathway.

Adra council has created three new play areas in the municipality in the last two years.
