WEATHER WARNING: Winds up to 80 km/h expected to hit Almeria

PARTS of Almeria have been given an orange weather warning with strong winds and high waves expected to hit the region today (Monday).

The Spanish Met Office (AEMET) has given yellow warnings have been given to parts of the province for wind, with gusts of up to 80 km/h expected to hit parts of the region later today.

An orange weather warning has also been given to the coastal part of the region between 6pm this evening and 12am on Tuesday with strong waves expected to hit the region due to a West wind and a southwest force of eight.

Yellow warnings have been given across the entire Andalucian community, with heavy rains and even snowfall expected in parts of Andalucia.
