THE Guardia Civil are reportedly on the hunt for two people, believed to be Spanish, after a Cajamar bank was robbed in Almeria.

According to reports, two hooded, armed individuals entered the bank, located in Gador, and began to threaten the bank’s employees asking them to hand over money.

It has not yet been confirmed whether the weapons involved in the robbery were simulated or real.

The robbers allegedly made off with an estimated €5,000 in €50 notes.

Police will now examine the bank’s security cameras and collect witness statements in an attempt to find those responsible.
