It almost seems like summer has suddenly crept up on us out of the blue. The weather is more or less stable, schools have broken up and everyone’s off to the beach. However, 1 July is fast-approaching and for those that like to shop and grab themselves a bargain at the same time, this is an important date.
Nevertheless, while 1 July was traditionally the date set for the start of the summer sales, the shopping calendar is much more flexible these days.
And to demonstrate this freedom that stores now have in holding their discount periods, a number of them have already started their summer sales, slightly before the official date.

This is a company that has had a successful year in the last 12 months, increasing sales by 17.4%. Bimba & Lola are offering discounts of up to 50% on a range of items including dresses, shoes and bags.
